PhD Student

Yining is a PhD student working on modelling for infectious disease, especially the development of Bayesian models. She has worked on the virus transmission inference for Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) and Dengue, the vaccination effectiveness of HFMD vaccines, as well as modelling for antibody responses to COVID-19 vaccines.
