Research Associate

Somya’s current work focuses on modelling dengue transmission in Singapore and South-East Asia, working closely with government agencies such as the National Environment Agency and the Ministry of Health. Her recent research has been centred on evaluating the effectiveness of the Wolbachia suppression strategy in Singapore.

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, painting and sculpting with clay.
