Research Fellow
Hu Gang has a profound interest in mathematical modeling and algorithmic optimization, with a dedicated focus on leveraging advanced computational methods to solve complex, real-world problems. He possesses a diverse multidisciplinary background, having previously served as a Quantitative Financial Engineer, Embedded Algorithm Engineer, and Project Manager. He has also authored several research papers within these specialized fields.
Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, where his research focuses on modeling infectious and chronic diseases. His work aims to optimize these models and significantly enhance their computational efficiency and processing speed.
Outside of his professional life, he is an avid reader and a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
