Abhishek is an applied mathematician interested in understanding the underlying mechanisms of infectious disease spread and evaluating the effectiveness of intervention strategies. At NUS, he is currently developing mathematical modelling framework to assess the cost and benefit of dengue vaccination strategies across different dengue-endemic regions.

Abhishek enjoys cooking as well as reading and listening to Bengali novels.
