Research Fellow

Ziyuan is interested in modelling immunity through advanced mathematical and statistical methods. Her PhD research focused on molecular dynamics simulations of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike glycoprotein, aiming to unravel its structural and functional mechanisms.

Off work, Ziyuan is a weekend swimmer who swims more slowly than expected but enjoys every lap. She is also an occasional ice skater still working on the graceful part. Overall, she is slowly mastering two very slippery surfaces.
